Art Body Painting Human
Body painting, or sometimes bodypainting, is a form of body art, considered by some as the most ancient form of art. Unlike tattoo and other forms of body art, body painting is temporary, painted onto the human skin, and lasts for only several hours, or at most (in the case of Mehndi or “henna tattoo”) a couple of weeks. Body painting that is limited to the face is known as face painting.

Incredible Living Painting With Realistic Body Paint
based in Washington, DC area. She spent four summers interning on Capitol Hill and in 2008 was a press staffer on the Obama Campaign. She graduated in 2009 from Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY with a bachelor’s degree in political science. She never attended art school nor has she ever taken advanced painting courses. In August 2008, Meade began to experience a new genre of painting. She applies acrylic paint to the surfaces of people, objects, and walls in a broad brushstroke that mimics the appearance of brushwork in a painting in a technique that she innovated. When the three-dimensional tableau is viewed in a two-dimensional photograph, it appears to be an oil painting. After 9 months of practice, she was able to develop a process for painting on people and unveiled her “Reverse Trompe L’Oeil” installation in October, 2009. The follow are some of her works, are you deceived?

The models and artists get the opportunity to show the art on their body against the magnificent scenery of Millstatter See. Most of the models volunteer and they were even asking canvassing subjects from the crowd should anyone like to try out. No previous experience necessary.
body painting is temporary
Body Painting is considered by many to be the most ancient form of art. Unlike tattoos, body painting is temporary, painted on the skin it lasts only a few hours or at most a few days. The body painting movement started in the 60’s when it was impulsed by the liberalization of social mores regarding nudity. Used by soldiers for camouflage, by tribal cultures as a form of social interaction, by football fans as a mean to support their team, body painting has even been featured in the annually Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. It’s also been used in many commercials and magazine shots, such as Demi Moore’s birthday suit on the cover of Vanity Fair (August 1992). In the hands of a true artist, body painting is truly an art, a form of expression, a delightful result of special creativity, and the images below are proof of that.
Beautiful Body Painting
Just as the popularity of hermit crabs as pets is rising all over the world, there is also a rising clamor from animal right groups to discourage the use of painted hermit crab shells. In fact, there is nothing more amazing than to see your crab's shell painted with colors, significant symbols, cartoon characters, football patterns and countless designs aiming to attract the buyers. Though mostly pet owners are responsible adults, there is now a rising demand for children to have these little crabs as a pet or toy. It is in this purpose that the idea of painted hermit crab shells first came out-basically to appeal younger buyers who are mostly children.
